Dual chamber bottle means there are two bottles next each other in one set, and each bottle has its own pump system. As the growing complexity in cosmetic packaging field, more and more companies are looking for dual chamber solutions. Under this ciucumstance, Matsa dual chamber bottles were designed to satisfy the demands.
Dual dispensing allows two products or formulas to be dynamically mixed upon use. A dual dispenser contains two volumetric pumps, each can draw product from one of two bottles or chambers. The dual dispenser is set at a fixed 50/50 mixing ratio, meaning each pump draws equal amount of product and combines them upon dispensing.
Dual chambers bottles can provide customers the ability to mix and blend two formulas to a desired color grade, flavor or scent. Additionally, certain formulations require that ingredients be kept separated until time of use, which is very important for active ingredients that can degrade or lose their efficacy upon contact or exposure to air, light, or other formulas. For example, Vitamin A (commonly used in Retinol form) is known to degrade quickly, but if dispensed using Matsa Dual Chamber Dispenser packaging, the Vitamin A formula can be kept isolated until the product is used, which can provide better potency and effectiveness than in conventional packaging.
Matsa packagings are also environmentally friendly and are reusabletion as well. The bottle is comprised of two separate chambers in the system, and user can remove or replace an empty bottle and re-use the dispenser pump head.
