Matsa Beauty Packaging has introduced a new line of personal care containers made from Polymethyl methacrylate (Acrylic). The Acrylic lotion bottle line matching an airless dispensing pumps has dual bottles, outer bottle made from acrylic and the material of inner bottle is PETG.

Each container in the line is produced with an impact finish to achieve the best possible look for the discerning salon or retail beauty market consumer. All four sizes – 15ml, 30ml, 60ml and 120ml – are available in cylinder, square or oval. Matsa will be stocking the containers in clear and silver, and custom-colored bottles are available for a 5000-piece minimum with no purge charge. All of these new acrylic bottles are extrusion blow molded at Matsa's plant in China.

Beauty brands can also take advantage of the high quality decorating provided by Matsa's Technigraph division. Deco tooling for the new line will be available to customers at no charge, and they may select a combination of direct screen printing, hot stamping, spray coating/frosting to set their brand apart. (Customers will still be responsible for the cost for screens and custom artwork.)

1.Acrylic bottles or accessories could be inner or outer spray painted and shot color you designate.

2.The logo printed or hot stamped on the lid could not correspond the position with jar's and bottle's printing.

3.The order quantity is decided along with the processing way you designate to shoot color or inner/outer spray paint color.

4.To shoot or inner/outer spray paint color easily results in color different. The color's standard will depend on mass production.

5.The content in airless bottle prohibits the oil or water content.

6.Size, capacity, and materials of bottles are provided for your reference. Different measurement ways/tools, weight of contents, and other factors will result in the inaccuracy of measurement.
